Tell it like it is brother! This wasn't all bad, and it tried hard to be good -- but ultimately, the slow parts outweighed the funny/creative parts, which resulted in me looking at my watch a lot, but not actually being in pain. I say it's worth seeing if you can sneak in for free...

Are you saying the Broadway version of Lion King paled in comparison to the animated film? I admit that I haven't seen the play, but I find it hard to believe that it was worse than the movie.
