dude, i've seen pride in chicago. i've seen pride in boston and berlin. but, you know what? even if you were to add up all of those prides together they would not equal san francisco pride (also this past weekend). dear lord! the whole city was partying. festivities started with the dyke march on saturday, thousands and thousands of people on castro street on saturday night, and the longest parade i've ever seen...i have no idea when/if it ended. newsom was the crowned prince, and we saw margaret cho perform!
