What a cool idea. I won't make a review, as it would be highly suspect in the eyes of other amazon.com readers, but you should post your mix song choices so the rest of us can see what the winner receives. And be jealous.
you know of john linnell (half of TMBG)'s "State Songs" album, right?
(if the geography one ends up happening... I think West Virginia is my favorite on the album, but they're all, of course, stellar. And maybe TMBG's Venue Songs could count for that, even though it's about venues and not states specifically. and thus my knowledge of non-classical music comes to a screeching halt)
