I have no objection to Ethanol.

I'm askeered of Hydrogen / Propane power.

What the heck happens if you get in a crash? Isn't that stuff a lot more explosive than gasoline?

I guess if I was really concerned about safety, I would buy a Deisel powered vehicle.

Ethanol is pretty much as safe as dead dinosaur gas. One of the knocks against Ethanol is that is has less energy than the same amount of petrol, so I will go out on a limb about something I don't know and say that it is less explosive than gas.

In a spill it is must safer because it is water soluable, so clean up is a breeze.

If you were really concerned about safety, you wouldn't drive!
