Gravatar Happy Birthday !
And i say again. your story is amazngly inspiring !

Gravatar Dude, please hurry up! I regularly check back to your blog to see if the next installment is up! It's actually pretty hypocritical of me, as I'm a CONVERT/REVERT/NEW MUSLIM/WHATEVER THE HECK YOU WANNA CALL IT and think I'll scream if one more person asks me why I became Muslim, but I like hearing other peoples' stories. LOL, I know, i know. i'm evil!
Either way, I really enjoy your blog, and your story.
You rock, rock star!

Now, stop reading this and start writing the next segment of your story. :D

Love, Susan

Gravatar very interesting!

Gravatar Asalaamu alaikum.

Sis, I'll have to write you private (got some things to say about some similarities) but wanted to let you know how much I love this and that you are sharing it.

Susan - So how did you... : ) Just kidding. Really, I know it can be so irritating that you have to share such personal experience and explain yourself to everyone. Other Muslims seem fascinated/surprised that you would convert, and non-Muslims want to know what they heck is wrong with you/what trauma led you to such a terrible decision. LOL. Some day, you may discover that you want to share your story, that it is cathartic to yourself to write it out, or that it may be inspiring to someone else. Unless/until that happens, it's okay that you don't want to talk about it and not hypocritical to appreciate learning from those that have reached that stage. AlhamdulAllah, sister, and welcome to the Ummah!

Gravatar ahh, see I learned some things about you this time I didn't know, like I didn't know you were almost over there with Rachel Corrie, God bless her.

Gravatar Salaam: I really like your site, and I also wanted to write a book, and after five years, I did. Master of the Jinn: A Sufi Novel, at http://www.masterofthejinn.com
Please check it out. It was a labor of love.

Ya Haqq,

Irving
