can you tell me the species? I will send a postcard to LD from Goldie in Lake George.... I will tell him that I (umm, i mean Goldie) came up to visit a boy named Adam and that i think he (LD) would like Adam too, so maybe he should ask his mommy (you) to visit. I (Goldie) will be turning into a butterfly soon and will fly back down to New Jersey to say hi.......... I've got Lk George postcards with the big steamboats on them... I can photoshop a pic of Goldie into it perhaps? lol..
He might get a kick out of it?

amy - you rock. This is what i love about you! i couldn't figure it out because he was so tiny that i was having a hard time figuring out which one it was. He'd love a postcard though in the mail though. That would probably make his week! I found some hermit crabs at a garage sale (yeah really) and he named one of them goldie so that's been a little bit of a distraction at least.
