have you looked into the book Raising a Spirited Child, or something to that effect. O checked it out once, and at the time diidn't think it was what i needed. Now I'm having second thoughts and plan to check it out again.
Also, the 5 minute crafts are awesome. I love that you are determined to craft something and get it done.

I understand what you are going through. It was so hard when my kids stopped taking naps on a regular basis. It makes getting through the day so much harder. Doing at least 5 minutes of something for yourself is a good idea, I hope you get a chance to do more soon.

i know all too well just how that "fraying" feeling feels! I hope things settle into a more mommy-friendly routine soon! ... I like the idea of 5 minute crafts -- if not short spurts towards a simple project that could otherwise be finished in an uninterupted hour. Well hmm, maybe not, because THAT is what always pisses me off: that it is such a stinkingly simple project and i STILL cant get it done! HA! ... Well anyhoo, are we gonna get to see a pic of the bag dispenser? Like shopping bags or like ziplocks? ... ok... kids cereal is getting soggy. Time to unstrap the wee one from the highchair and start Mom-Duty: round 2 (of 200000000)
oh hey, since you asked whats new with us... We finally got the "toy" room put back together (almost). We took down the wall between the kitchen and that room last month and the house has been in CHAOS ever since... But the new "family friendly sitting room / toy room" is coming along nicely now.. can't wait to get you, LD and BG up here! I will snap pics some time and post them to you 
i'll be checking blogs later today and i'll also post some pictures of the things i made.
