when adam was a baby, i got it in my head that i would start selling some things on EBay... i hit the outlets near here pretty hard for infant and toddler clothes on serious clearance discounts... the problem turning out to be that 1) i ended up with a very high-needs kiddo who didnt like giving me much spare time and 2) that i ended up with 2 boys and have since gifted all of the things away. Seriously, i gave at least $300 worth of clothes away to various ppl lol... I did manage to sell some things and made a tidy profit on the ones that i did sell... its just that i didnt have the time or energy to get wrapped up in the buy/post/mail process... its much better (for *me & my kids* anyways) to stay clear of things like that that gobble up my time and demand some sort of time commitment... thats what i like about sewing for gifts & fun... you do it when you can and if you dont get much done, then so be it (of course i still obsess in my head LOL)... When i sew too much (like the last few days) other things seem to fall in the cracks: the laundry sits waiting to get put away, the dinners are MUCH more simple and the clutter begins to mount! So its all about BALANCE i have found... its something i am NOT very good at though LOL!!! gotta run... lil guy awake!

That's exactly how it is here now. I'm quitting it all. Just can't do any me things because nap time is getting taken up doing this other stuff and it's not like we need it you know what i mean. I'd rather be doing my own things.
