When I visited Bulgaria something like 12 years ago, I was stunned by the beauty of the women there. My previous impression was one of the Eastern Bloc Olympic female weightlifter. To say I was surprised was an understatement, even if we had been underway for a while.

bullnav---agree with you on Bulgarian women. That may explain their popularity in the Eastern European "service industry."
It's simple... just find yourself a 2nd or 3rd generation "Koreanese" living in Japan.

No such thing. They either claim to be Japanese (assuming their Japanese is good enough) or they are Korean.....
Korean women seem to have better curves than Japanese women. Yes, Korean is a harsh language. But, I think if more men travelled around the world, there would be some very upset US women. There are pretty women in ANY country and in those countries, there are some ugly American men that are considered a catch because they treat women better or are just American or whatever. Heck, I've gone down many a street in W. Pac where the women come running out to tell me how good looking I am. Why go back home? 
I've heard it referred to as the 4 is a 10 theory. Mostly comes from bitter western women. Its fine with me.
