Hello,
Yes, many states have cases that involve Virtual Vistiation, but adding it to the statutes will provide a way for attorneys to offer it to their clients more often and for Judges to be aware of the option. Also legislation provides the guidelines of how it should be used and that it si only to 'Suppliment' in-person visitation, never replace it. Also that it should not be a reason to justify a move-away.
Yes, it has been ordered, but often as with anything new in Family Law - if it is not Case Law, State Law or in the Statutes it will not be ordered.
Thanks for posting something on this subject.
Regards,
Michael Gough
