"time spent with a child should be calculated based on the preceding 12 months" I see a problem with this. The Court does not realize that all parties are on the best behavior in the months prior to a hearing or the attorneys are enforcing the former parenting plan scheme of things, so you really don't get the picture of what "true parenting time" is. I don't think the court considered that.
