This case was heard under the old child support guidelines - which, as pointed out in Barnett vs. Barnett, said extraordinary educational expenses "shall" be added to child support. The new 2006 guidelines say "may," not "shall." Have there been any cases over the issue of private school tuition under the new guidelines?
