The peace protestors would have demanded the MAXIMUM sentence - they would have acted like the slugger was a hardened criminal - they would have wanted prison time.
The peace protestors, especially Karen Porter, are hypocrites.
It's becoming more and more obvious that the real peacemakers are the ones from the pro-troop side of the street.
Great letter from Tony! And all so true. Skye is the one with class, and proudofusa nails it, there is a heap of hypocrisy from the protesters. They would indeed have wanted prosecution to the max. Mean spirited and bad mannered, they don't have patience for anyone not of a like mind, and would have gleefully seen one of us go down.
I have to admit though, in their defense, it's hard to keep up the anti war fervor and recruit new people, when the war is being won despite all their efforts to lose it.
