The girl shouldn't have been there because she was under 18. I've seen pictures of this girl on other sites where she not only looks much older than she is, but she dresses much older. In one of those pictures, she's wearing a bikini that has tiny vertical straps covering her boobs and she has the bottom covered with shorts. The straps come together below her belly button and you can see that she has a belly button ring, too. If she's a 15 year old daughter of a preacher, whether in the U.S. or Trinidad, she shouldn't be dressing like a whore, much less entering a dancing contest and going to an Akon concert.
