Okay, first off, that picture of the hand and the baby is freaking cool!
2nd, nice post Ivan! Becoming aware of our thoughts is so important. I'm not sure when I became fully aware of the concept, but I know it strengthened a ton when I began learning from my two VERY dear mentors Scott & Dallyce (If you go to my "Background" page on my site you'll see a picture of those two lower on the page, I love them dearly).
They specifically introduced me to the book "A New Earth," by Eckhart Tolle which really taught me a lot of living in presence, and the difference between the ego and your higherself.
I HIGHLY recommend you read that book. It is a great read. A little heavy in my opinion, but incredible nonetheless.
