There is no shortage. Back in the Carter years, my dad was on a oil tanker, one of many, that was full of oil and they sat in one place, outside of Texas to unload, but there was no room to unload. Back then, we had more oil than needed and I bet it is the same today. Just trying to get the prices up and fuck us Americans some more, sorry bastards.
