That stage always brings back memories. I was once one of those little kids wearing a cute costume with full makeup tap dancing across the stage. I thought I was "IT" when I was on that stage.
I guess the yoga classes will start on that stage soon too. It makes me giggle when you see those that have arrived late doing their yoga thing on the ground beside the stage since they didn't get there early enough to get a spot on the stage.

Ah, City of Glass... great coffee table book...
As for Kits, and the Kits Beach area, it really is a mix of people, of all types, of all ages, and it is never boring to people watch down there!

Kitsilano = EEEEWW
And I am saying this at risk of losing readers on my own blog (Luc seems to come visit every so often, and Kitsilano.ca is a fan of my restaurant reviews).
But, SERIOUSLY NOW. Kitsilano is full of Lululemon-clad, non-fat organic soy milk half-a-shot latte-drinking yuppies. How is that different from my Main Street/Mount Pleasant neighbourhood? Well, just the fact that we're hipsterish-non-conforming-to-the-norm, baggy pants, pot-smoking hipsters.
Which means I should probably move to Port Moody ;)
