Looking forward to more pictures, and don't worry, it's hard to screw up beer. I have many batches under my belt, and on my second to last one I still ended up not sanitizing many of the things I had to add. The beer still turned out great.

I know, see? I told you that you gave me too much credit previously. This is supposed to be an Extra Pale Ale, yay for hops. I cheated and didn't include ALL of the water in my wort boil, so it may end up darker than it should. S'ok by me!

Of all the brews I have pumped out, only once have I had noticeable bubbling from the air lock. All systema leak a little and it's nothing to worry about. Homebrewing is all about having fun - and learning from other people's mistakes!
