A terrific looking tart for your last hurrah as a Daring Baker - and I love the fact that you used British jam. You have certainly had some great adventures as a Daring Baker _ I missed the Wheat Sheaf Bread, but it looks fabulous. (I joined the month that you hosted and made my first ever bread.)
