Just when Israel gets a leader who has the power and influence to bring real peace this has to go and happen! The events of the next few years could have made him Israel's greatest president.

I hope Sharon has a speedy recovery and can live his final years out in peace, and the leadership exists in the Knesset to take over and implement his vision.

As a diaspora Jew, thank you Sharon for all your hard work towards Israel's security and peace.
