I have a translation of the Libanoscopie article on my blog if you're interested.

Gravatar Welcome back Snoopy.

The picture is very good. Unfortunately there is one aspect it doesn't clearly convey, which is that the Pally (or Hizby) "soldier" is actually aiming at the baby.

Gravatar Good to read more from you again Snoop.

Gravatar That's a very good way to put it, if the word "good" can be used in any relation to the event. Let's face it: a lot of people on both sides don't care and try to make propaganda out of the whole thing. From the callous "PR" point of view, the Israelis, including a lot of reasonable bloggers have been silly.

Most people make their mind within 24 hours after the event. Trying to find something wrong with the story without a sound evidence for days after the event makes zero sense.

Having said this, I think that hezbollah is 100% responsible even though they did not plant the bomb. This is a war, mistakes are unavoidable and Israelis have been reasonably good at minimizing civilian casualties:

Gravatar Welcome back, Snoopy.

I agree entirely that it is unacceptable as well as counterproductive to concoct conspiracy theories in order to evade responsibility. Clear-sighted individuals realize that the disaster was…well a disaster and not a deliberate massacre. Those pointing the finger at "Zionism and Co" simply cannot be reasoned with.

Some, however, persist in coming up with theories and here is one:
