Armies plan for the next war they might have to fight? I am shocked, sir, utterly shocked! What is the world coming to when armies spend their free time planning to fight wars instead of doing something useful like making strawberry jam and cream cheese?
I mean, really, hasnt this dolt ever heard of Plan Orange or Plan Red? The United States had a whole series of color coded war plans pre-1941 and no doubt has hundreds, if not possibly thousands of war games, scenarios, and plans ready to go. And if they dont have them, then why the hell not? What am I getting for my defense dollars if the defense establishment isnt spending them on how to fight and win wars?
