Actually I do believe that Jill had a Jewish grandmother on her father's side. That would make her father Jewish, but not her.

The best way to identify a Hebrew since time immemorial has been to look at their hands. If they're round like hooves, then they're certain to be be Jewish. In this case, Jill Biden's hands and fingers look quite normal (and elongated, in fact), so she's not Jewish. Don't believe in this simple test? Look at your own hands.

STG funny, do you do this type of thing whenever a potential search candidate comes up ? I initially found this site by searching for Bernanke by the way. Although my guess is my interest in wondering whether he was Jewish or not differs slightly from a great deal of the other traffic.

Re that potential search candidate: no, I don't do it always, in most cases I forget. But from my experience, no matter who the next famous person appears to be, the Internet is immediately inundated by search query "XXXXXXX Jewish".

I'd guess she's Jewish. Last name before marriage is Jacobs and from what I've seen this is a very common jewish name. And by the way her eyes are not naturally blue and her hair not naturally blond.

He was fair-haired and blue eyed and had a Levite. She was dark-haired and blue eyed. Between the two of them, they produced four blue eyed children. My hair was strawberry blonde until I was 10 and my younger brother was platinum blonde.
