Gravatar So does this mean that customer service in the PA areas will suddenly improve?

Gravatar I am not sure - the queues of the dissatisfied clients with belts is too long there, they do not have enough customer reps.

Gravatar When I was in high school I used to read these anthologies of mysteries and horror stories attributed to Alfred Hitchcock. I don't know what Hitchcock had to do with them or if he was just paid to get his name on these collections.
One of the short stories featured a protagonist who had received a diagnoses that he had a year to live. So he started a campaign to make his community more polite.
Someone insults him or is rude to him. Bam! He pulls out his gun and the guy (or gal) is history. Finally it starts getting around that people who are (known to be) rude are getting offed and everyone starts watching their manners.
You imitate fiction.

Gravatar That's really true that firearms improve the people's manners somewhat. However, in this case the aggrieved person offed himself. It is definitely a new turn.

Gravatar Considering the obvious terrorist proclivities of the aggrieved party, is it so bad to see him go?

Gravatar Since this did happen in Casablanca, there have been many witty remarks like, "of all the Internet Cafes in the world, why did he have to walk into mine" & "how do you say, 'round up the usual suspects' in Arabic"!
