VIENNA (Reuters) — Austria has smashed a global child pornography ring involving 2,361 suspects from 77 states who paid to watch videos showing children subjected to “the worst kind of sexual abuse”, the Interior Ministry said on Wednesday.
Officials said 607 of the suspects were in the United States, 406 in Germany, 114 in France and 23 in Austria. But hits on a Russian web page that offered the videos were registered in countries ranging from Algeria to Iceland and Venezuela.
None of the suspects had been arrested. But Austrian police were pooling findings with law-enforcement counterparts in other countries in hopes of bringing about prosecutions, Interior Minister Guenther Platter told a news conference.
The videos downloaded from the Internet and seized by Austrian criminal investigators displayed “the worst kind of sexual abuse of children”, he said, adding that the youngest victimised girl was 5 years old.
Harald Gremel, an Austrian police expert on Internet crime overseeing the investigation, said the case arose last July when the operator of a Vienna-based Internet firm notified police that hackers had uploaded suspicious material onto its server.
The videos were accessible via a link to a Russian Web site that offered them for downloading. In a 24-hour period, police recorded more than 8,000 hits from 2,361 computer addresses.
Gremel said investigators believed the videos were produced in eastern Europe and uploaded to the site from Britain.
Platter said 14 of the 23 Austrian suspects had confessed to downloading the illegal material. They included students, government employees and retired people.
Austrian police had seized 31 desktop computers, seven laptops, 23 hard disks and other storage devices, 1,132 DVDs, 1,428 diskettes and 213 video-cassettes. Access to the Internet site has been shut down, the ministry said.

There is increasing evidence that Israel instigated a disastrous war on Lebanon largely at the behest of the United States. The Bush administration was set on crippling Hezbollah, the radical Shiite political movement that maintains a sizable block of seats in the Lebanese parliament. Taking advantage of the country's democratic opening after the forced departure of Syrian troops last year, Hezbollah defied U.S. efforts to democratize the region on American terms. The populist party's unwillingness to disarm its militia as required by UN resolution—and the inability of the pro-Western Lebanese government to force them to do so—led the Bush administration to push Israel to take military action. In his May 23 summit with Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, President George W. Bush offered full U.S. support for Israel to attack Lebanon as soon as possible. Seymour Hersh, in the August 21 New Yorker, quotes a Pentagon consultant on the Bush administration's longstanding desire to strike “a preemptive blow against Hezbollah.” The consultant added, “It was our intent to have Hezbollah diminished, and now we have someone else doing it.” Israel was a willing partner. Although numerous Israeli press reports indicate that some Israeli officials, including top military officials, are furious at Bush for pushing Olmert into war, the Israeli government had been planning the attack since 2004. According to a July 21 article in the San Francisco Chronicle, Israel had briefed U.S. officials with details of the plans, including PowerPoint presentations, in what the newspaper described as “revealing detail.” Political science professor Gerald Steinberg of Bar-Ilan University told the Chronicle that “[O]f all of Israel's wars since 1948, this was the one for which Israel was most prepared. In a sense, the preparation began in May 2000, immediately after the Israeli withdrawal …” Despite these preparations, the Bush administration and congressional leaders of both parties tried to present the devastating attacks, which took as many as 800 civilian lives, as a spontaneous reaction to Hezbollah's provocative July 12 attack on an Israeli border post and its seizure of two soldiers. Some reports have indicated that Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld was less sanguine than Vice President Dick Cheney, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, or President Bush about the proposed Israeli military offensive. Rumsfeld apparently believed that Israel should focus less on bombing and more on ground operations, despite the dramatically higher Israeli casualties that would result. Still, Hersh quotes a former senior intelligence official as saying that Rumsfeld was “delighted that Israel is our stalking horse.” The recent announcement of a shaky ceasefire may represent only a minor speed bump in U.S. plans. After all, the attack on Hezbollah was only the first stage of what the Bush administration apparently hopes will be a joint redrawing of the Middle East map.
On to Iran and Syria?
On July 30, the Jerusalem Post reported that President Bush pushed Israel to expand the war beyond Lebanon and attack Syria. Israeli officials apparently found the idea “nuts.” This idea was not exactly secret. In support of the Israeli offensive, the office of the White House Press Secretary released a list of talking points that included reference to a Los Angeles Times op-ed by Max Boot, senior fellow for national security studies at the Council on Foreign Relations. The article, “It's Time to Let the Israelis Take Off the Gloves,” urges an Israeli attack against Syria. “Israel needs to hit the Assad regime. Hard,” argues Boot. “If it does, it will be doing Washington's dirty work.” Iran, too, was in the administration's sights. T he Israeli attack on Lebanon, according to Seymour Hersh, was to “serve as a prelude to a potential American preemptive attack to destroy Iran's nuclear installations.” But first, the Bush administration needed to get rid of Hezbollah's capacity to retaliate against Israel in the event of a U.S. strike on Iran, which apparently prompted Hezbollah's buildup of Iranian-supplied missiles in the first place. Starting this spring, according to Hersh, the White House ordered top planners from the U.S. air force to consult with their Israeli counterparts on a war plan against Iran that incorporated an Israeli pre-emptive strike against Hezbollah. Lieutenant General Dan Halutz, the chief of staff of the Israeli military and principal architect of the war on Lebanon, worked with U.S. officials on contingency planning for an air war with Iran. The Bush administration's larger goal apparently has been to form an alliance of pro-Western Sunni Arab dictatorships—primarily Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan—against a growing Shiite militancy exemplified by Hezbollah and Iran and, to a lesser extent, post-Saddam Iraq. Though these Sunni regimes initially spoke out against Hezbollah's provocative capture of the two Israeli soldiers that prompted the Israeli attacks, popular opposition within these countries to the ferocity of the Israeli assault led them to rally solidly against the U.S.-backed war on Lebanon.
In Israel's Interest?
In the years prior to Israel's July 12 bombing of Lebanese cities, Hezbollah had become less and less of a threat. It had not killed any Israeli civilians for more than a decade (with the exception of one accidental fatality in 2003 caused by an anti-aircraft missile fired at an Israeli plane that violated Lebanese airspace). Investigations by the Congressional Research Service, the State Department, and independent think tanks failed to identify any major act of terrorism by Hezbollah for over a dozen years. Prior to the attack, Hezbollah's militia had dwindled to about 1000 men under arms—this number tripled after July 12 when reserves were called up—and a national dialogue was going on between Hezbollah and the government of pro-Western prime minister Fuad Siniora regarding disarmament. The majority of Lebanese opposed Hezbollah, both its reactionary fundamentalist social agenda as well as its insistence on maintaining an armed presence independent of the country's elected government. Thanks to the U.S.-backed Israeli attacks on Lebanon's civilian infrastructure, however, support for Hezbollah, according to polls, has grown to more than 80%, even within the Sunni Muslim and Christian communities. Even Richard Armitage, a leading hawk and deputy secretary of state under President Bush during his first term, noted that “[T]he only thing that the bombing has achieved so far is to unite the population against the Israelis.” Despite U.S. encouragement that Israel continue the war, Israel's right-wing prime minister has come under increasing criticism at home, with polls from the Haaretz newspaper indicating that only 39% of Israelis would support the planned expansion of the ground offensive. Meretz Party Knesset member Ran Cohen, writing in the Jerusalem Post, called earlier moves to expand the ground offensive “a wretched decision.” Yariv Oppenheimer, general director of Peace Now, which had earlier muted its criticism of the attacks on Lebanon, noted that “[T]he war has spiraled out of control and the government is ignoring the political options available.” Not only have a growing number of Israelis acknowledged that the war has been a disaster for Israel, there is growing recognition of U.S. responsibility for getting them into that mess. A July 23 article in Haaretz about an anti-war demonstration in Tel Aviv noted that “this was a distinctly anti-American protest” that included “chants of ‘We will not die and kill in the service of the United States,' and slogans condemning President George W. Bush.” Members of Congress who have unconditionally backed Israel's attacks on Lebanon have responded to constituent outrage by claiming they were simply defending Israel's legitimate interests. In supporting the Bush administration, however, they have defended policies that cynically use Israel to advance the administration's militarist agenda.

Who's Anti-Semitic?
One of the more unsettling aspects of the broad support in Washington for the use of Israel as U.S. proxy in the Middle East is how closely it corresponds to historic anti-Semitism. In past centuries, the ruling elite of European countries would, in return for granting limited religious and cultural autonomy, established certain individuals in the Jewish community as the visible agents of the oppressive social order, such as tax collectors and moneylenders. When the population threatened to rise up against the ruling elite, the rulers could then blame the Jews, channeling the wrath of an exploited people against convenient scapegoats. The resulting pogroms and waves of repression took place throughout the Jewish Diaspora. Zionists hoped to break this cycle by creating a Jewish nation-state where Jews would no longer be dependent on the ruling elite of a given country. The tragic irony is that, by using Israel to wage proxy war to promote U.S. hegemony in the region, this cycle is being perpetuated on a global scale. This latest orgy of American-inspired Israeli violence has led to a dangerous upsurge in anti-Semitism in the Middle East and throughout the world. In the United States, many critics of U.S. policy are blaming “the Zionist lobby” for U.S. support for Israel's attacks on Lebanon rather than the Bush administration and its bipartisan congressional allies who encouraged Israel to wage war on Lebanon in the first place. Unfortunately, most anti-war protests in major U.S. cities have targeted the Israeli consulate rather than U.S. government buildings. By contrast, during the 1980s, protests against the U.S.-backed violence in El Salvador rarely targeted Salvadoran consulates, but instead more appropriately took place outside federal offices and arms depots, recognizing that the violence would not be taking place without U.S. weapons and support.
Israel is no banana republic. Even those like Hersh who recognize the key role of the Bush administration in goading Israel to attack Lebanon emphasize that rightist elements within Israel had their own reasons, independent of Washington, to pursue the conflict. Still, given Israel's enormous military, economic, and political dependence on the United States, this latest war on Lebanon could not have taken place without a green light from Washington. President Jimmy Carter, for example, was able to put a halt to Israel's 1978 invasion of Lebanon within days and force the Israeli army to withdraw from the south bank of the Litani River to a narrow strip just north of the Israeli border. By contrast, the Bush administration and an overwhelming bipartisan majority of Congress clearly believed it was in the U.S. interest for Israel to pursue Washington's “dirty work” for an indefinite period, regardless of its negative implications for Israel's legitimate security interests.
Domestic Political Implications
Given the lack of success of the Israeli military campaign, U.S. planners are likely having second thoughts about the ease with which a U.S.-led bombing campaign could achieve victory over Iran. However, the propensity of the Bush administration to ignore historical lessons should not be underestimated. A former senior intelligence official told Hersh that “[T]here is no way that Rumsfeld and Cheney will draw the right conclusion about this. When the smoke clears, they'll say it was a success, and they'll draw reinforcement for their plan to attack Iran.” Indeed, on August 14, President Bush declared that Israel had achieved “victory” in its fight against Hezbollah. The outspoken support of congressional Democrats for Bush's policies and Israel's war on Lebanon portends similar support should the United States ignore history and common sense and attack Iran anyway. Both the Senate and House, in backing administration policy, claimed that, contrary to the broad consensus of international opinion, Israel's military actions were consistent with international law and the UN Charter. By this logic, if Israel's wanton destruction of a small democratic country's civilian infrastructure because of a minor border incident instigated by members of a 3000-man militia of a minority party is a legitimate act of self-defense, surely a similar U.S. attack against Iran—a much larger country with a sizable armed force whose hard-line government might be developing nuclear weapons—could also be seen as a legitimate act of self-defense. Ironically, political action committees sponsored by liberal groups such as MoveOn.org, Peace Action, and Act for Change continue to support the election or re-election of Congressional candidates who have voiced support for Washington's proxy war against Lebanon despite massive Israeli violations of international humanitarian law, its serving as a trial run for a U.S. war against Iran, and its being against Israel's legitimate self-interests. And, unfortunately, on the other extreme, some of the more outspoken elements that have opposed America's proxy war against Lebanon frankly do not have Israel's best interest in mind.
As a result, without a dramatic increase in protests by those who see Washington's cynical use of Israel as bad for virtually everyone, there is little chance this dangerous and immoral policy can be reversed.

Kevin Martin concluded his email by invoking Martin Luther King Jr.’s dictum that “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” More is at stake than the Palestinian people suffering under foreign military occupation and the Israeli people’s long-term security. As long as the Israeli government can get away with its violations of universally recognized norms regarding international law, human rights and non-proliferation, it will be difficult to enforce these norms anywhere.
Israel will not end its occupation, colonization, and repression in the Palestinian territories as long as the Israeli government continues to receive unconditional military, financial and diplomatic support from the Bush administration. The Bush administration will not end its military, financial, and diplomatic support for the Israeli government as long as the Democratic-controlled Congress continues to support the Bush administration’s policies toward the conflict. And the Democrats will not end their support for the Bush administration’s policies until the peace movement refuses to support any candidate who does.
Unfortunately, the political action committees affiliated with Peace Action, MoveOn, Act for Change, Council for a Livable World, and other otherwise progressive organizations have yet to make that commitment. Endorsing demonstrations and passing policy statements opposing the occupation are good and important. But lawmakers will ignore such statements and demonstrations until they recognize that there will be political consequences for their pro-occupation votes and public statements.
The perceived clout of the pro-occupation lobby on Capitol Hill may be less a result of the actual strength of the American Israel Public Action Committee and other right-wing groups as it is the relative weakness of the anti-occupation lobby. Similarly, the perceived influence of pro-occupation contributors and voters in election campaigns is less a reflection of their overall support as it is the unwillingness of progressive contributors and voters to make opposition to U.S. support for the Israeli occupation a decisive factor in determining whether to contribute to a campaign or to vote for a candidate.
Fortunately, this is beginning to change, as the U.S. Campaign against the Israeli Occupation and other groups have emerged in recent years to put pressure on members of Congress and multi-issue peace and human rights groups are beginning to become bolder in addressing this issue as well.
As the campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination heats up, it is critically important that those in the peace movement make clear to the contenders that we will refuse to back anyone who fails to challenge the Bush administration’s support for the Israeli occupation. We must also make clear to progressive organizations that endorse candidates for national office based upon their foreign policy positions that they must either refuse to back any candidate who supports the occupation or lose our support of their organization. This is not a single-issue approach. Rather, it is a matter of consistency, of applying progressive principles of human rights and international law to U.S. policy toward Israel and Palestine just as the peace movement applied them to U.S. policy toward Nicaragua, El Salvador, South Africa, and East Timor.

The low-mentality among us, sadly, are the ones still being led by the lies and most (if not all) would surely die to defend this land WE ALL love and hold so dear -- the same land that has been pretty much taken over by a gangster element (a super smart group of people, nevertheless, but thugs all who exploit our patriotic love for our country, and who remain definitely the bad guys in this whose only motivation is greed and of course world domination in order to gain even more of that greed). But even the low-mentality (and it's no one's fault to be that -- our government has encouraged that as well to make it easier to exercise control over us) can WAKE to the truth, eventually. The sooner the better for all the obvious reasons.
And all at human expense (world over) and the expense of sanity and good order that we all 'thought' we once understood. Our Congress is corrupt and is itself on the verge of collapse as we know it, and want it to be, and yet the low-mentality seem to think that to fix this mess all that needs be done is change political parties // point is a large portion are in it together AS ONE corrupt group, working together against the will of the American people while they claim (all lies) to support and represent us. 9/11 was based upon lies, and so was Iraq (those WMD -- no way was that true), and so is this border fiasco. Living neurons on an array of electrodes were shown to have rudimentary memories; researchers Itay Baruchi and Eshel Ben-Jacob of Tel-Aviv University published their study in the journal Physical Review E. This combination of living tissue and hardware could lead to cyborg-like memory chips; it could also help neurologists understand how our brains work.

Baruchi and Ben-Jacob introduced a chemical stimulant into the neuron culture at a selected location; this induced a new firing pattern in the neuron culture. Twenty-four hours later, they repeated the process, creating another firing pattern. These patterns persisted for more than forty hours.
According to Baruchi and Ben-Jacob, this proves that it is possible to store information in a cultured neuron network.
It's not clear to me how this work goes beyond earlier experiments in the field. In 2004, Naweed Syed at the University of Calgary ran a series of experiments that showed that snail nerve cells on a silicon chip could be shown to have retained memories (see Nerve Cells Grown On Microchip).

Scott Silverman, Chairman of the Board of VeriChip Corporation, has proposed implanting the company's RFID tracking tags in immigrant and guest workers. He made the statement on national television on May 16.
Silverman was being interviewed on "Fox & Friends." Responding to the Bush administration's call to know "who is in our country and why they are here," he proposed using VeriChip RFID implants to register workers at the border, and then verify their identities in the workplace. He added, "We have talked to many people in Washington about using it...."
The VeriChip is a very small Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag about the size of a large grain of rice. It can be injected directly into the body; a special coating on the casing helps the VeriChip bond with living tissue and stay in place. A special RFID reader broadcasts a signal, and the antenna in the VeriChip draws power from the signal and sends its data. The VeriChip is a passive RFID tag; since it does not require a battery, it has a virtually unlimited life span.
RFID tags have long been used to identify animals in a variety of settings; livestock, laboratory animals and pets have been "chipped" for decades. Privacy advocates have long expressed concerns about this technology being used in human beings.
In a related story, Colombian President Alvaro Uribe allegedly remarked that microchips could be used to track seasonal workers to visiting U.S. senators Jeff Sessions (Alabama) and Arlen Specter (Pennsylvania). "President Uribe said he would consider having Colombian workers have microchips implanted in their bodies before they are permitted to enter the US for seasonal work," Specter told Congress on April 25.
Implanting microchips in human beings for the purpose of monitoring is not exactly news for science fiction fans; Alfred Bester wrote about "skull bugs" in his 1974 novel The Computer Connection:
"...you don't know what's going on in the crazy culture outside. It's a bugged and drugged world. Ninety percent of the bods have bugs implanted in their skulls in hospital when they're born. They're monitored constantly."

Angelo Lamme, from Motorola, said tracking students on a campus could help during a fire or an emergency. "You would know where your people are at any given moment," he said. Marcus Birkl, head of wireless at Siemens, said location tracking of assets or people was one of the biggest incentives for companies, hospitals and education institutions to roll out wi-fi networks. Both firms were at The Wireless Event, in London, this week selling new products in the area of so-called real-time location services. Siemens is pushing a complete system, developed with Finnish firm Ekahau, which can track objects or people. Battery-powered RFID tags are placed on an asset and they communicate with at least three wireless access points inside the network to triangulate a location.

Mr Birkl said: "The tags have a piece of software on them and they detect the signal strength of different access points. "This information is sent back to the server and it then models the movement of the tag depending on the shift in signal strength detected." For the system to work, the building or area that has been deployed with a wireless network needs to have been mapped and calibrated. To effectively locate objects a wireless access point is needed every 30 metres and Siemens said it was able to pinpoint assets to within a metre of their actual position.Mr Birkl said: "It's very useful for the health care industry - where there are highly expensive pieces of mobile equipment that move around a hospital. "At every point in the day health staff need to know where it is." The system can also be used to track wi-fi equipped devices, such as laptops, tablet PCs and wi-fi enabled phones.
"You can record movements over a period of time. You can see if the security guard in the night makes the right rounds, for example," said Mr Birkl. He added: "You can set certain boundaries and parameters. If a certain device enters or leaves an area it could trigger an alarm."
'More popular' As wi-fi becomes more popular in schools, the technology could also be used to track students. "It has to be aligned with the understanding of the people who are tracked," said Mr Birkl. There have been privacy concerns expressed in some quarters about RFID tags, especially around the possible use of tags on shopping goods to monitor consumer spending habits. RFID supporters have pointed out that the tags cannot be read at a great distance, but combining the technology with wi-fi raises the possibility of remote tracking.
Tags on products are typically passive - they have no power source and are only activated when read by a scanner in close proximity. These tags contain only an identifying number and can be small enough to embed in a sheet of paper. But the tags used in conjunction with a wi-fi network have to be active - they need a power source and have software installed on them that communicates with the wireless access points. The tags, therefore, are larger in size, and currently are impractical for use on anything other than high value consumer goods or, potentially, on people. "There needs to be standards put in place so the data is not abused for other purposes," said Mr Birkl. He added: "But there are clear benefits to keeping people safe." More than half of respondents to a recent pan-Europe consultation on RFID said regulations were needed to police the use of tags.

The purpose of this announcement is to support evaluation of automated video surveillance software tools/technologies for homeland security professionals from an end user perspective and determine the capabilities and limitations of the various software tools, systems, and recording devices. An unclassified, user ready reference will be disseminated to federal, state and local agencies. Follow on comparative testing of the tools and devices may result from the COTS data provided. Review of this information is being performed for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office for Domestic Preparedness (ODP). Description
The Department of Homeland Security/ Federal Emergency Management Agency intends to award a sole-source firm fixed priced contract to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) for transportation resources to provide for possible emergency evacuation of and Adequate capacity to transport up to 15,000 evacuees within a 48 hour time period by rail from the City of New Orleans, LA to Amtrak and FEMA mutually agreed upon stations in the event of the evacuation order. Operation of evacuation trains will commence within 24 hours of receiving notice of the need for evacuation services. The period of performance of the required service shall be from date of award through 30 December 2007. This contract will be awarded per Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. There is no other rail transportation service except Amtrak that can provide intercity passenger rail transportation in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast region. Without AMTRAK services, American lives will be at risk in the event of a disaster like that caused by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. As the once and former free citizens of the united States of America — the government of, for, and by the people — we have ourselves quite a dilemma. And the biggest and most immediate problem we face is that the citizenry remains stupid, with heads in the sand, re-educated, and media sheep. What to do...what to do...
As I try to read all the watchdog literature that time affords, I am comforted by the willingness, effort, and research of those in the know and willing to act. But I also realize that the problems we face grow larger and more sophisticated on a daily basis, and that the job of simply trying to keep up with the political deception, missions, and disinformation is beyond monumental. And, of course, I also realize that the scope, financial resources, and strength of those missions are beyond historical compare. What a force, people. What a historical world-wide force to be reckoned with, and what an ineffective and largely ignored force the world's majority has become.
The question that the watchdogs are asked on a daily basis is, "What can we do?" Ask any watchdog this question, and you will get any number of suggestions — keeping in mind that watchdogs are simply people like all people. They just watch less tell-a-vision and perhaps tend to question blind authority more than most. However, there are no easy, simple, or single answers to securing freedom, for slavery is complex politics. And masterminded slavery is pathological greed in every way, shape, form, and century. This is an important consideration.
What we are dealing with are pathological missions, plans, and intentions — very patient and sophisticated pathological strategies that have been put into place decade after decade and, in truth, century after century.
The world's people have come under the misguidance of academic/expertise subordination — a subordination to group think and group will. We are being systematically transformed from our cultural nations and traditions into a one-world subordinated group. No one wants this. All people are attached to their nationalities, traditions, religions, and heritage. No one wants to be culturally cloned into an academic invention. No one wants to lose their identity, opinions, creativity, and intellect to become a cog in a utilitarian wheel that force-spins profits for masters and masters alone.
And no one wants to be controlled by technological prisons invented to control the identities, opinions, creativity, health, and intellects of the human masses. Such technology demonstrates the pathology and the vile immorality of those who view their fellow men as a lesser and servile species. But, in truth, there are those who do believe in grades and degrees of humanity, the submission of humanity unto themselves, and who believe that in order to secure their rank and file, they must decree a subordination-based system of governance using technologies that were, in fact, developed to subordinate mankind.
We, the choir, understand such. However, and for the forgiveness of our fellow man, it also took us years to get to this place of truth, comprehension, and bitter acknowledgment. And while it seems that our nation, as well as most others, continue to play the popular politics game (in our case, the 2-Party game), each day moves the world's people closer to the one-world-group-think/group-act scenario of total global subordination of mankind's will.
American children are now fully entrenched in this mode of operation. From school grouping, team grouping, and social/click-think dress, learn, and act, all "educational" systems, now interlinked and partnered with "mental health" systems, are working to indoctrinate the future group-minded work force that knows only "government" as master and utilitarian worker as mandatory servant to the "community good." And our children are taught that any deviance from such belief is at least emotionally deviant, and at best, criminally minded.
What to do...what to do...?
In truth, we don't have a decade to get the American people, much less the world's people, up to speed. We know that there is an "event" that will transpire on American soil that will render the people of this nation powerless and helpless. We don't know what that event will entail, and it will most likely entail combinations of events — weather emergencies, economic emergencies, "terror" emergencies, "pandemic" emergencies — but to name a few so designed, but the billion-dollar paramilitary industry that has been silently and incrementally established on American soil guarantees that an event has been prepared and readied. The one-worlders in constant power have spared no expense, no taxpayer's dollar, on the implementation and readiness of this transformational and occupational system. And, of course, the blacking out of truth is status quo, as it has remained since the advent of mass media and its highly addicting technology. Still, there is something that we can all do — be it too little or too late. Effort still counts. Truth still matters.
Our nation, operating in a "declared" and on-going state of emergency for nearly 75 years, has allowed for the raising of dastardly powers that were and are created to bureaucratically, systematically, and militarily end all powers of the Constitution and all corresponding rights of free people. Each and every president for the last 75 years could have ended the declared state of emergency in the United States, but all opted to keep the powers afford to the presidency in a nation so declared.
And because the declared state of emergency was never lifted, it gave rise to the incremental creation of and powers to remove the Constitutional governance of the nation. In essence, what gave permission and power to our "representatives" to implant global infrastructures into the United States, like regional governance, global regionalization, the Communitarian system of law (partnershipping/NGO/stakeholding) and, specifically, the group-think/group-act subordination (ending free will), was the very synchronized foundation laid by the "state of emergency."
All new paramilitary systems in the United States, including the massive funding for more Civilian Labor Camps and the unfathomable powers of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Department of Homeland Security, all existing Executive Orders and most Signing Statements, and the missions of the North American Union, grew and mass produced due to the auspices of America's declared and continuing state of emergency, originally declared in 1933, titled the Act of March 9, 1933.
