I support Ed and Elaine Brown, a couple who have been convicted of tax evasion by the government of the United States.
The Browns are right, and their refusal to pay income tax is not only right, but legal.
In fact, the taxes that the Browns are being forced to pay is illegal.
Let me begin.
There are many forms of taxation.
Property, excise, sales, and income are just a few of the commodities that are taxed in the United States.
Of those, income tax is a tax that is based on earnings, with a certain percent going to tax.
Until 1913, there was no such thing as an income tax.
At that time, Congress brought forth the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the federal income tax amendment, which was allegedly ratified in 1913.
To ratify the 16th Amendment, at least 3/4 or 36 of the states had to approve the amendment.
There were 48 states at that time.
Of those 48 states, only two actually ratified the 16th amendment, and those same two may not have done so legally.
In other words, the 16th amendment giving the government the right to tax income, was never made legal.
To put this into more simple terms, it is illegal to collect income tax.
It has been illegal since 1913.
The government has no right to make you pay an income tax.
In fact, it is theft.
In 1913, Secretary of State Philander Knox announced ratification by 38 states, but among those same 38 states, there is absolute proof that:
The Kentucky Senate voted down the resolution by a 22 to 9 vote.
The California legislative assembly never recorded any vote to ratify the 16th amendment.
The State of Minnesota sent nothing to the Secretary of State in Washington.
The California legislative assembly never recorded any votes which means that no one knows how California voted, if it even voted at all.
This all means that the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was never ratified, meaning it was never approved.
So the U.S. Government never had the legal right to collect income tax from its people.
This means that Ed and Elaine Brown are right in refusing to pay this tax, and the government is wrong.

Hello all: Even though i critisize Alex Jones, Jeff Rense, Mike Rivero on a lot of issues. I congratulate them, and praise them on other issues. For example: I went to a jewisih blogger the other day, where average jews (I MEAN NOT ZIONISTS) but average Israeli citizens, and i got so sick, that i didn't even have the energies left to write Michael Rivero wrh@whatreallyhappened.com to tell him about what i read in that Israeli blogger. Most israelis there bragged about how good Israelis should feel because they are a superior-race. They claimed that they are whiter than arabs, smarter than arabs, with bigger and higher IQs and different physique, and that's why they are a chosen nation (When in truth as you all know the Israel of the Bible means workers and poor people) not the Israel-1948 Fascist state founded by Imperialist Nations). This is just to show you that Alex Jones, Rense, and other conspiracy intellectual theorists are OBJECTIVE, SCIENTIFIC, AND TRUE ON BEING ANTI-ZIONISM !!!!!!!!

There is a rather academic argument to be made that the "crushed" death's head used by Germans for centuries was not a "Nazi" totenkopf. It was the badge of the cavalry, signifying heroic youthful recklessness and often bearing the motto "Death or Glory." When the uniform and regalia obsessed National Socialists were putting uniforms together they gave the SS the prestigious badge of the traditional armed forces branch of the upper classes because of the status they foresaw for the SS, not necessarily because of overt fetishizing of death, which would of couse be quite true of several other formations that never wore a totenkopf!

As usual the US Media gives bit and pieces of fact while omitting important information. They fail to mention in this piece that not only was Randy Weaver's son Sammy murdered by a BATF agent, but his wife Vicki was also shot through the head and killed instantly while she clutched her baby girl in her arms. Vicki was unarmed at the time and standing within the privacy of her home -- clearly no threat to anyone.

The FBI sniper who murdered her broke the FBI's rules of engagement yet was never tried for her murder as a judge ruled that he should have been.

Federal Marshal Monier is clearly lying to the public about not wanting to attack the Brown's.

The Brown's would have been dead already if their dog walker had not been shot at which alerted the Brown's to the fact that the FEDS had indeed illegally entered their property.

What we have playing out in Plainfield, New Hampshire at the present time is another Waco or Ruby Ridge in the making.

Americans need to pay very close attention to this situation, since the Brown's were found guilty of a non crime. There is no law authoriziing the IRS to collect federal income taxes and there never has been. It has been operating illegally for the past 94 years.

An Iraqi Paratus employee who was badly wounded in an attack that left him blind in both eyes.

Young, a US Navy veteran, founded and heads the US-based security contractor Paratus, which is active in northern Iraq.

The dispatches from Iraq recount three horrific episodes, and two posts include graphic photos.

The first report is entitled "BEHEADED FOR TRYING TO HELP," the second is headlined "ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER BOMBING, ANOTHER LOSES HIS EYES," and the third is called "PLEASE, SIR - DON'T FORGET MY HAND."

Yesterday, IraqSlogger broke the news that the Iraqi Kurdistan government is appealing to the world for medical supplies needed to provide urgent medical care in northern Iraq.

Because of the top two episodes noted in his blog, Marshall Young, who was recently himself wounded in a firefight, and his Paratus team were inspired to volunteer to protect, transport, and distribute any and all medical supplies donated in response to the Iraqi Kurdistan health minister's plea.

Here's an excerpt from Young's second post:

Two of my men were stopping to buy cigarettes when two rockets slammed into the sidewalk where they were. One of the men was nearly untouched. The other had his eyes blown out of their sockets. The swollen tissues and caked blood was all that held them from dangling on his cheeks.

Some have said that writing about what I see may be “cathartic.” It isn’t. The feelings of helplessness that day will never go away. How do you help a man that you have trained with and worked with daily for months, when you know that pulling the shrapnel embedded in his eye would be nothing short of torture?

We could barely give him enough medicine because he was in such a state of shock we would have had to clear an airway and breathe for him just to relieve it.

Mind you all of this has to take place in the back seat of an SUV. The first of the three hospitals we took him to had not so much as enough tape to hold down the IV catheter put in his arm.

By the time we reached the final hospital his eye had fully migrated from the socket and stared blankly up and to the right. His iris had turned grey from the pressure and drying fluid. Even as I write this the bile starts to rise in my throat.

Sane -- To try and make sense of this for you // I didn't make up the old phrase 'too much of anything is bad' -- I gave you a follow up Mark Twain quote where he even used the same in relaying his humor -- It's been around a long time. Common sense tells most of us (it does me) that too damn much of anything can be too damn much.

Chill out, please, not trying to give you a college level class on the subject (I think that's what you think you're doing for me, isn't it) // it's just a matter of the way things are.

Are we reading off of different sheets because I've said you've posted too much at any given time and that's not good? Well, to me it isn't. It's all good stuff (the links and cut and paste jobs) but it distracts and gets other post lost among all the verbage. It does. Sorry, but it does.

I think this has even gone on a bit too much, too long, personally. I'll try my best and not bring up the subject again, okay. You do what you feel is best and I'll try my best to step out of the way and let you do your thing. Not my place to try and correct you, just trying to help in my apparently unappreciated attempt. No problem. Continue as you have been, you do have some saying they appreicate what you are doing for them.

I say get off the couch and go check these things for yourself folks, You'll learn and retain far much longer in the process. You have all the resources at your disposal now and are just relying on a self-appointed spammer (doing good spam, yes) that unfortunately is apparently becoming quite stressed over all his fine efforts.

Scarcity principle

How does it work?
If something is difficult to get, then getting it demonstrates to ourselves and others that we are in control of our environment. Threatening to take something away is showing the other person that you are in control. The desire of scarcity is thus the competitive urge to maintain control.
Aristotle knew this too, commenting in his 'Rhetoric':
'That is why what comes to us only at long intervals is pleasant, whether it be a person or a thing; for it is a change from what we had before, and, besides, what comes only at long intervals has the value of rarity.'
Controlling supply and demand
If you can control supply, then you have a significant lever on demand. The De Beers company buys huge quantities of diamonds on the world market, simply to keep them scarce so that their high price is maintained.
Scarcity must mean that
If something is not scarce, then it is not desired or valued that much. Praises from a teacher who seldom praises are valued more than praises from a teacher who is liberal with his or her praise.
Scarcity is non-linear process. As something becomes more scarce or less scarce, the desire for it does not change in a proportionate way.
If everything is scarce, then scarcity itself lacks its value and people become too used to it. Studies of retail sales have shown that if more than about 30% of goods have 'sale' sticker on them, the effectiveness of this method decreases.
Retail sales
'Whilst stocks last', 'This week only', 'Last one!'. Scarcity is a principle known by all retailers who milk it right down to the last drop. If something is rare, it seems we find it somehow more desirable.
A shortage of anything sends people scurrying to the shops to stock up (often fueling the shortage and keeping the spiral going).
Banned substances
Scarcity is the lack of something. When we realize that we do not have something, we desire it. Banning it only makes things worse.
Just telling someone that they should not do something makes it more desirable. When 'Lady Chatterley's Lover' was first published it got banned. Many black-market copies were sold and it made the author, D. H. Lawrence, famous.
People flock to see a heavily censored film. Music which is banned on radio stations shoots up the charts.
Competitive pressures
Competition uses the scarcity principle, as only one person or team can win. This also highlights the social nature of scarcity: we judge ourselves against others. When they have things we do not, we become jealous.
Parent-child games
Parents often try to control children in their rationing of attention and affection. Children soon pick up on this and play the game in reverse.
The natural rebelliousness of teenagers comes out in scarcity games as parents restricting what their children actually cause them to rebel. 'Don't you dare take those drugs' may actually be the wrong thing to say, particularly if the child has a contrarian preference.
This game continues in other forms as we grow to adulthood, and telling people not do to things perpetuates the 'banned substances' game.
So what?
You can ration pretty much anything, including goods, time, attention, friendliness, agreement and so on.Create envy, showing how people have what you are selling. Indicate how the supply is running short as everyone else getting one.

I simply cannot agree, this is a conversation to reduce issues into a scarcity vs abundance argument.

Every example you gave of how too much is bad makes no fricking sense yet they are concepts that we have been conditioned to believe. Too much air so the baloon pops?? WTF??? how does that justify too much truth blogging is a bd thing and must somehow be controlled. That is like saying all terrists are muslim and all bankers are jews. These are concepts we are conditioned to believe, yet when logically analyzed make no sense. Too much kindness is bad??? You are referring to neediness and false kindness again something we are doublethought into believing is real kindness but it is not.

And you pass over too much truth as a sungular/plural absoluta as if that absolves the importance of it being a representation of how too much is not necessarily bad.

I am not sensitive or personal about this, I am just logical about it. The scarcity conversation has been used to kill millions if not billions and now is being used to enslave us all due to global warming scarcities. The melting of polar ice releases oxyegen into the atmosphere that regenerates the ozone layer. Even their own scientists have said that there is more oxyegen being released than the atmoshere can handle, but what they don't say is that the hole in the ozone is getting smaller because of it.

OK, let me see if I have this straight. The US Government and Many others say that there is a "Global Warming" Crisis. They say that Automobiles that use Fossil fuels are the biggest culprit that add to the crisis. So they now will ban fossil fuels? No, they actually promote heavier use of them, but raise the prices to ungodly levels. Do they propose sanctions on the Auto manufacturers to produce more or all non fossil fuel vehicles? No, they propose to make and enforce taxes on the drivers of the cars. Do they propose stricter clean air legislation on Big Businesses? No, again they propose further taxation on the private citizens to "clean up" the air. Do they propose these taxes with a plan of study on how to clean up said air? NO, they just propose mass tax with no explanation except to tell us it is a "crisis".

FOREWORD

It cannot be said that the Everhard Manuscript is an important historical document. To the historian it bristles with errorsnot errors of fact, but errors of interpretation. Look ing back across the seven centuries that have lapsed since Avis Everha rd completed her manuscript, events, and the bearings of events, th at were confused and veiled to her, are clear to us. She lacked perspec tive. She was too close to the events she writes about. Nay, she was merged in the events she has described. Nevertheless, as a personal document, the Everhard Manuscript is of inestimable value. But here again enter error of p erspective, and vitiation due to the bias of love. Yet we smile, i ndeed, and forgive Avis Everhard for the heroic lines upon which she modelled her husband. We know today that he was not so colossal, and th at he loomed among the events of his times less largely than the Manuscri pt would lead us to believe. We know that Ernest Everhard was an exceptionally strong man, but not so exceptional as his wife thought him to be. He was, after all, but one of a large number of heroes who, throughout the world , devoted their lives to the Revolution; though it must be conceded that he did unusual work, especially in his elaboration and interpreta tion of workingclass philosophy. "Proletarian science" and " proletarian philosophy" were his phrases for it, and therein he shows the provincia lism of his minda defect, however, that was due to the times and tha t none in that day could escape. But to return to the Manuscript. Especially valuab le is it in communicating to us the FEEL of those terrible tim es. Nowhere do we find more vividly portrayed the psychology of the perso ns that lived in that turbulent period embraced between the years 1 912 and 1932their mistakes and ignorance, their doubts and fears and misapprehensions, their ethical delusions, their violent passions, t heir inconceivable sordidness and selfishness. These are the things t hat are so hard for

us of this enlightened age to understand. History tells us that these things were, and biology and psychology tell us wh y they were; but history and biology and psychology do not make the se things alive. We accept them as facts, but we are left without symp athetic comprehension of them. This sympathy comes to us, however, as we peruse t he Everhard Manuscript. We enter into the minds of the actors in that longago worlddrama, and for the time being their mental p rocesses are our mental processes. Not alone do we understand Avis Everhard's love for her herohusband, but we feel, as he felt, in thos e first days, the vague and terrible loom of the Oligarchy. The Iron Heel (well named) we feel descending upon and crushing mankind. And in passing we note that that historic phrase, the Iron Heel, originated in Ernest Everhard' s mind. This, we may say, is the one moot question that this newfound document clears up. P revious to this, the earliestknown use of the phrase occurred in the p amphlet, "Ye Slaves," written by George Milford and published in Decembe r, 1912. This George Milford was an obscure agitator about whom nothing is known, save the one additional bit of information gained from the Manuscript, which mentions that he was shot in the Chicago Commune. Evidently he had heard Ernest Everhard make use of the phrase in so me public speech, most probably when he was running for Congress in the f all of 1912. From the Manuscript we learn that Everhard used the phrase at a private dinner in the spring of 1912. This is, without discussion , the earliestknown occasion on which the Oligarchy was so designated. The rise of the Oligarchy will always remain a cau se of secret wonder to the historian and the philosopher. Other great historical events have their place in social evolution. They were in evitable. Their coming could have been predicted with the same certitude that astronomers today predict the outcome of the movements of sta rs. Without these other great historical events, social evolution co uld not have proceeded. Primitive communism, chattel slavery, s erf slavery, and wage slavery were necessary steppingstones in the evol ution of society. But it were ridiculous to assert that the Iron Hee l was a necessary steppingstone. Rather, today, is it adjudged a s tep aside, or a step backward, to the social tyrannies that made the ea rly world a hell, but that were as necessary as the Iron Heel was unnece ssary. Black as Feudalism was, yet the coming of it was i nevitable. What else than Feudalism could have followed upon the breakd own of that great centralized governmental machine known as the Roma n Empire? Not so, however, with the Iron Heel. In the orderly pr ocedure of social evolution there was no place for it. It was not ne cessary, and it was not inevitable. It must always remain the great cu riosity of historya whim, a fantasy, an apparition, a thing unexpected and undreamed; and it should serve as a warning to those rash politic al theorists of today who speak with certitude of social processes. Capitalism was adjudged by the sociologists of the time to be the culmination of bourgeois rule, the ripened fruit o f the bourgeois revolution. And we of today can but applaud that judgment. Following upon Capitalism, it was held, even by such intelle ctual and antagonistic giants as Herbert Spencer, that Socialism would co me. Out of the decay of selfseeking capitalism, it was held, would ari se that flower of the

ages, the Brotherhood of Man. Instead of which, ap palling alike to us who look back and to those that lived at the ti me, capitalism, rottenripe, sent forth that monstrous offshoot, t he Oligarchy. Too late did the socialist movement of the early t wentieth century divine the coming of the Oligarchy. Even as it was divined, the Oligarchy was therea fact established in blood, a stupendous and awful reality. Nor even then, as the Everhard Manuscript well shows, was any permanence attributed to the Iron Heel. Its overth row was a matter of a few short years, was the judgment of the revolut ionists. It is true, they realized that the Peasant Revolt was unplanne d, and that the First Revolt was premature; but they little realized tha t the Second Revolt, planned and mature, was doomed to equal futility a nd more terrible punishment. It is apparent that Avis Everhard completed the Ma nuscript during the last days of preparation for the Second Revolt; he nce the fact that there is no mention of the disastrous outcome of t he Second Revolt. It is quite clear that she intended the Manuscript for immediate publication, as soon as the Iron Heel was overthro wn, so that her husband, so recently dead, should receive full cre dit for all that he had ventured and accomplished. My suggestion was to trigger in SANE him perhaps making a request to Admin and suggest they create a LIBRARY SECTION for just his kind of input. Wouldn't distract from a forum that has a title (READER'S COMMENTS) in the least him doing that. Besides that would give the forum a bit more class and a central collection point for all that effort he (and others, you're right about that) put forth. Entirely my opinion. And I know, opinions are like ass holes -- everyone has one.

I also believe in PsyOps and how easy it is to hide in plain sight and confuse the issue if you can convince the other side that what you have to give is just what they have been needing all along, that they can't survive w/o it. Don't read into that, okay.

I think the Illuminati (which has been around for many years) survived because the common man couldn't relate to them (their wealth and power) // also they lost touch with the comman man at the same time (if the people are starving and in need of food -- just let them eat cake) // that kind of thing.
