I confess: I ate in MacDonalds once... in October 1981. It was a memorable experience because the food was so awful. There was no discernible difference in texture between the burger, the bun or the serviette in was wrapped in. Never again!

Did you see any of the "Kill It, Cook It, Eat It" series that was on BBC recently? I found it a real eye opener.
