It might be a nice contrast into how things work for the real elite. I'd bet my life savings it wouldn't be very hard to find some poor schlub doing 20 years or more, with at least ten or so already served. Writing fake prescriptions for narcotics will get you a hell of a long time in the slammer.
I'd start looking in Florida where they are some tough customers (unless it's the governor's daughter) with mandatory minimums. Or maybe Arizona would be even better.

Pfft. Don't have to dig too deep. I volunteer at the women's prison here, half the inmates are there for crimes that have been committed by politicans who suffered zero consequences. Don't forget Cindy McCain's role in the Keating Five scandal--she was a bookkeeper who "forgot things."
New Times regularly takes on McSame and other AZ politicians. (County Attorney had the publisher & editor arrested basically because they pissed off him and Arpaio.) Even the wishy-washy AZ Republic butts heads with McSame. I'm hoping the knives come out after the Dems finally settle it.

If Obama doesn't want the GOP to criticize Michelle, then he should take her off his campaign speaking circuit. Otherwise, she is accountable for everything she says while campaigning for her husband as any other representative of Obama's election team would be.
