'Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus.
Just to take Him at His Word.
Just to rest upon His promise.
Just to know, "Thus saith the Lord."
...O for grace to trust Him more...
I checked out your site and heard this song at the same time. I just thought I would pass it on. I'm praying for ya.

"There is no place I would rather be than completely exhausted, right in the center of God's will."
Does that remind you of something? That is what I found myself saying after my first summer of Crosspoint. And it rang true every summer thereafter...as you well know.
When I think of you leaving for Africa, I think of this same statment. Only your exhaustion may not be so much physical as emotional.
Just know that when you go, you don't go alone. You take pieces of us with you just as we take pieces of you with us.

I've been missin' ya Chad. Waco is a different place without you and Mark... wish you could come over and play ps2 with Jason or go to Starbucks with me.
I'm working on your book - I'll send it to you before you cross that great big ocean.

Chad, Christy is right. The Waco is a different place without you. Not worse. Not better. Just different. You were one of the things that made me love this part of the world and the me that I found in it. You can count on a big piece of "prayer blanket" coming from this Catholic. (it might filter through a Saint or two )
Love and miss you,
Neil

Consider this a prayer via blog. May God continue to bless you and watch over you. May you be equipped to minister to the people you meet. May you be comforted from all the worries you have and cast them onto Jesus. Sawasdee, krahp. Later man.
