I thought that was the overall lowering of IQs in any area where there is influence from Democrats, Leftist Tree-Huggers or that "advanced" race, Islamists.

This is hardly new. If you spent the time reading the IPCC reports rather than the sceptics pseudo science, you would know that aersols have been serving to dim the radiation at the surface since industrialisation.

Take a look at page 401 in the Third Assesment Report at http://ipcc.ch

Funny how the sceptics never noticed this before, when this is old hat to the climate scientists...
