Riiight, the more evidence there is for global warming, the less likely it is to be happening. Good argument.
Tim, there is global warming taking place currently, and this is undeniable.
The Earth warms (and cools) in short cycles of approximately 400 years, and 20,000 years in the long term.
We are currently enjoying global warming of an Interglacial period that has lasted about 18,000 years.
Once this Interglacial is over, then I'm afraid that it's going to be another Ice Age. On past trends, this will take place within the next 2000 years.
We are also at about the peak of the warming cycle following the "Little Ice Age" 400 year cycle from 1400AD to 1800AD (approximate dates).
Anyone who denies the scientific fact of global warming is displaying utter pig-ignorance.

Your opinion, although valid, is foolish. The massive amounts of research, modeling, and money put into researching climate shift in the next ten years has been astronomical. The elite scientific groups who have studied this penomena such as, oh, say, nasa, and, whats it called...the pentagon, over reach any acid rain or nuclear winter fear. This catastrophe is occuring before our eyes, but most are too blind to see it. The cover up isnt from the scientific community who dedicate their work to bettering humanity, but from our governments who's sole work is pacify and mold public opinion to get elected. Wake up.
