Guiliani for sure. We can do better than Kerik for VP. Rudy was a results-oriented guy who went after mob influence in NYC, a really big deal he never got enough credit for. And he has resonance out in the heartland. He's not looked at as just another NYC effete snob peering down his nose at the rest of the nation.

Giuliani has some leadership qualities that are good, but on many issues, he isn't that great.
Illegal Immigration: He is not for sealing the borders, and demagogues the issue by talking about his legal immigrant parents and grandparents. What nonsense. We have illegal hordes pouring over our borders, and he wants to talk about Ellis Island.
Defense: No clue about high-tech weaponry, particularly anti-missile defense. Won't fund it.
Tax Reform: Is against either a flat tax or a national consumption tax, a la Neil Boortz. He would not propose real tax reform in the US.
Lobbyists: No demonstrated record of any kind. If anything, he is trading on his former Mayoralty by selling security to municipalities. So, don't look for a government reformer.
So, beware who you would look to as a new leader.
