Just an aside, they have gotten rid of Frank and Gordon as far as I know.. they have some stupid new -ER campaign - betterER, fastER, etc.

We hate bell too. When we moved here we made sure to get rid of them. We just deal with Rogers which isn't great but it isn't Bell.

Yeah, I knew about them getting rid of Frank and Gordon a little bit before the Olympics started. I was going to make a post about just how stupid the ER campaign is... is it to indicate the place you'd like to send the tech support after you're through talking to them? The country code for wherever the call center is located (because it sure isn't Canada)? I have no idea...
