Don't get an unkown brand, its not worth it.
Also, I lot of people find anyting more than a 22" too big. I know my brother has a 27" and its just to much for ones eyeballs to see.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm definately looking at a known brand, likely an Acer or Viewsonic, as I've liked both of those brands and find them a happy medium between price and quality.

I don't want anything bigger than 21"
