how evil this government under arroyo is. it is no question if the tax that will be collected will be felt by the citizenry as in services, amenities, et al are enough and good for everybody. but just look at how they did during typhoon ondoy! where are the rubber boats and other vehicles that could be used in saving the lives of the many people affected? there are so many questions that are left unanswered but with reasons that are so obvious.
i just hope there is still good that will come out after this evil regime.

It's okay to tax these cellphone companies BUT put some provisions there that these telcom companies should not impose another tax for the costumers. that's how simple it is.
