I agree completely with your comments re: Coach K. Working with both male and female supervisors more is accomplished when all are included in decision making and all points of view are considered.

Male supervisors are more ready to ORDER rather than to suggest and try new approaches after receiving input from those involved.

Speaking of feminine side ... my one complaint about the magazine, which I agree will make a nice quarterly addition to the Times, but it had no women sports coverage except for those few ski pics. I hope some stories on women athletes are planned for future editions.
