Unfortunately yet another example of a major sporting organization basing decisions on financial gain rather than fans preferences.
Sport is a business but shouldn't all businesses be focussed around the needs of their primary customers? In this case the fans?

I think this is a complete blunder -- and will kill the golden goose -- the core fans who educate themselves, then others, then drive "butts to the seats" in the stadiums. I would not be as interested and knowledgeable as I am about the Anaheim/Tijuana/Orange County Angels, or the As, or Seattle, w/o Extra Innings. And I can't (and don't want to) get a dish bec I live in Manhattan. See my blog post -- at end it has has folks you can complain to:
