The Democratic Party once stood for American values, now it just stands for liberal elitists.
The debate was laughable, but even I have to admit it was a dogpile on Obama night. And clearly, Obama can't handle the pressure. He spent the entire night looking like an ineffective fool. Gibson, Stephanopolous and Clinton tore into him on Wright, Bittergate, Flag-gate and his ties to Farrakhan and the Weathermen.
McCain won this debate hands down. The Dems are done. All the GOP has to do is replay those answers in commercials and the GOP will carry the country.
I'm doubting Obama will even be nominated after that. Clinton proved her point: Obama is so vulnerable in the general election that Clinton looks like a savior...and then her 50% unfavorable rating will kick in and McCain wins in a cakewalk!

I have been reading the transcript. It was a horrible night for Obama. Then again, his supporters will piss and moan that he was "picked on", poor him.
I too read the transcript unable to watch the debate from abroad. The candidates did what they could with the questions. But, let us be honest and say which one really sounds like able to "face" the Republicans? It is not so difficult. The cult is beginning to melt, Obama.
