It is always amusing watching people twist words.

Find me where he says we are "safe". His comments always were, we are safer than we were before 9/11, we have not had an attack since and we have broken up a few plans for attack, but we are not fully safe.

This is a PERFECT example of how the left deliberately leaves out "part" of Bushes comments to try to change the issue because they cannot debate the actually points.
