Spree you, Malkin and all the others do a good job of telling us how scary the Muslims are. Here you show us the propaganda they're fed from the time they're born. But what do you propose we do about it? I think you know that this goes on even in countries that are friendly to us.
I suggest you start understanding it because as long as people "excuse" it or try to "explain" it away, OR better yet suggest "appeasing" them, it puts US in more danger.
Understanding the nature of our enemy is the only way to bring about understanding of how important dealing with it is when we have the chance as we are trying to do in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Not enough people understand how extreme these peoples hatred of us is and they won't until they SEE IT.
Perhaps after they see it and understand it, they will get a better understanding of why our soldiers on the ground are telling us we MUST succeed.
Amazes me even more that people who watch a little tv, watch CNN or some other such tripe then think they "understand" more than the soldiers on the ground.
I'm under no illusions, but I don't think invading and occupying the entire ME is a viable option. Even Bush seems to be coming around to that realization.
No one has suggested that, in fact, I think YOU are the first that has mentioned it. We still must fight the battles without having our soldiers demoralized by anti-war fanatics.
Do not even try to say they are NOT demoralized, because I can post MANY letters from our men IN Iraq who use that exact word and they make it VERY clear in these letters it is not Iraq that is wearing them down but those HERE that think they are not making progress.
They state, time and time again, that the major medias refusal to tell the WHOLE story is hurting them morally.
Try reading them, THEN try speaking on this subject.
I prefer to listen to those that KNOW because they are THERE. Not armchair quarterbacks, such as yourself.
