Your introductory paragraph shows that your basic attitude is "My country, right or wrong." In fact you're casually dismissive of "moral justification of American nat'l or foreign policy."
But you're making a huge mistake. Patriotism is not a replacement for morality. What could be more amoral than to suggest that it is?
Demonizing those who disagree with you as traitors and enemies is just a convenient way for you to shut out any disagreement. It must be difficult for you to live in a world in which other people have the temerity to question the morality of this country's policies, but the freedom we have comes with certain responsibilities beyond incessant flag-waving.
