I have just watched the commercial and read the comments on this page. I know that when a political candidate does not have views on issues that resonate with the majority of the public, that candidate almost always resorts to personal attacks. Mr. McCain disagrees with the majority of the voters on almost every important issue so he and his minions are indeed resorting to character assassination. It is appalling to see the lack of information that is exhibited in some of these comments. I mourn the absence of a true discussion of the issues in this campaign.
