It was news footage. Pictures are always taken as well for PR purposes.
One has to wonder why she would even attempt this type of lie.

Not new, but instead of just being contradicted, now her lies are proven without a doubt by video evidence.
To my grave disappointment, Hillary and her disbarred hubby have been lying with less and less style as their campaign slips into panic.
