Yes Obama will make a show and then AS HE SAID, he will vote for this bill WITH immunity in it.

I've given up trying to write to Obama. He's my senator and one of the lousiest that have ever been.

Katie, I don't quite understand why people think "if Obama is elected X,Y,Z" is going to happen. Nothing is going to change that isn't in the works now. The Patriot Act will be there to make you feel safe, yes as Obama spoke to AIPAC he assured them Israel will be protected, and on and on. Taxes are going to go up, regardless of whos going to be President. And we will still have 170 bases around the world including 58 new military bases in Iraq. Nothing is going to change.
Spree, in all honesty sweet-heart why are you infavor of this bill? Really, like I said earlier, I am the Right-Wing, and this bill is scary.
One condition on your answer. You can't say "because it's for the w.o.t". That's a cop-out.
I hate it when a person running for President says something like "as President, I will...." or anything of the like. It irks me that anybody would just assume they will be President. I hate it when any candidate does it. I would prefer honest speaking like, If I am President, I will..."
Screw the PR aspect of "assuming victory". We all know what "assume" means.
