Did they specify the types of threats they had received? I'm sure I can GUESS at the nature of the threats since they felt they needed to remove the film from their site...

I just watched this and to be honest, it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Graphic? Yes, but again, I've seen worse.

Debra, so many of us have the original downloaded, it cannot BE banned everywhere now. But I agree with you, it is nowhere near as bad as everyone tried to make it seem before its release.
By releasing it though, soe valuable points have been made.
LiveLeak having their staff threatened to the point where they had to remove it, shows that some people will use violence to censor other's right to freedom of speech.
That has been one of Wilders points this whole time. People that will allow it, bow to it or allow themselves to be intimidated.
Wilders may be extreme in his beliefs, but that doesn't make him wrong about this particular point.
Mike, just what I posted on the site is all I could find on LiveLeak. I am hunting more news now.

Thanks Roger. Liveleak did good. They made it available and I do not blame them for protecting their employees. It is our turn now to stand up for freedom of speech.
Wat do you think from the country of this freedom fighter Geert wilders, he is not exstreme, just bluddy Dutch, and millions of Dutch stand with him, but if you see this powerless government, the min. president who stands up to his knees in his own shit, the coward, in the Netherlands no body, wants to place this film,well where is the freepress no where, the so called progresieve journalistme is not existend, only in the bars, with a big pint, I am very afraid that a big peace of our freedom is all ready gone, maby by the next election, it will change????
