Actually I think sanctions are working about as well as anything else could. If they work it will take some time.

We can twist the vice, and that's okay with me. I hope it hurts someone really, really mean - but now, the free world has 15 British soldiers in Tehran. We must twist the vice with our LEFT hand and find a way to get those soldiers with our RIGHT.
