The big piece of info in that CNN poll this morning?
Sixty-six percent of Clinton supporters -- registered Democrats who want Clinton as the nominee -- are now backing Obama. That's down from 75 percent in the end of June. Twenty-seven percent of them now say they'll support McCain, up from 16 percent in late June.
I fully expect that number will be well over 33% soon on its way to 40%. This convention will be an utter disaster for the Dems, only proving how badly split they are.
The back-biting and recriminations over which side cost the Dems the White House are already beginning. In October when it becomes painfully apparent Obama will lose disastrously, I expect the "I-told-you-sos" to rain down from the media.
