Is the Mayor of Passaic the same Samuel Rivera that "accidently" caused the death of my uncle, his brother n law in the late 60's by shooting him in the head? Who would've thunk that he would have no scruples?

I haven't seen him in years but I sure see the resemblance, and my sister swears he is the one and only.
He was visiting my uncle, and he was playing with his gun. He told my uncle not to worry, the gun's not loaded, so he points the gun at my uncles head low and behold....oh did I mention he was a cop back in the day it happened,hmmmm....could that be why he got away with it?

OMG!!!! It is him! Finally this dirt bag will pay for all the pain he caused my family. It was no accident, several weeks before he killed my uncle he beat him to a pulp. I'm not a vindictave person, but I hope he gets whats coming to him. Spree and Rapajez, thanks for the helpful info. I'm from Mass, I will be calling my family to give them the GOOD NEWS.
