Yes it only makes rational sense that of age students, or at least teachers, should be able to have weapons to defend themselves.
One thing I'm grateful for here at the Univ of Arizona--it's nearly a done deal to allow students with lawful CCW's to carry and it's almost a done deal reducing CCW's caught in a traffic stop or other minor meeting with law enforcement to a petty offense rather than a Class 1 misdemeanor.
For once, Arizona's got some sense.
