But there are groups banding together to challenge the laws which go into effect next month (I believe) and are trying to get the law declared unconstitutional on the grounds that it is not the state's role to legislate this, but the nation's.
Why can't the conservative groups form working coalitions like the libs?

We have the left running scared, because they're used to being the ones who do the grass roots thing to make a lot of noise and get things done.
